In a press release, the latter indicates that it will continue to cover two-wheeler owners even if they choose not to undergo MOT. […] A technical inspection is not a condition for the application of our guarantees in accordance with our general and special conditions. Therefore, with or without a MOT, Mutuelle des Motards will be well rewarded“. However, she clarifies that ” as an experienced insurer, Mutuelle des Motards is and will always remain vigilant in all matters of prevention and promotion of safety free and shared use of the road in two or three motorized wheels“. As such, he still invites drivers to take the test, clarifying, however, that only 0.3% of accidents involve a vehicle in poor condition.
