Fifteen searches took place on Thursday morning in the counties of Mures, Iasi and Galati in a case of tax evasion with a loss of more than 150,400 lei, News.ro and Agerpres reported.
“This morning, the police of the Mures Economic Crime Investigation Service, led by the Prosecutor of the Mures Court, are conducting 15 searches in the counties of Mures, Iași and Galați to document criminal tax evasion activities,” the IGPR reports.
The estimated amount of damages is currently approximately 153,400 lei.
Special support is provided by the Directorate of Special Operations of the Romanian Police.
The activity is carried out thanks to the support of the Economic Crimes Investigation Department, the police inspectorates of the Iasi and Galați counties, as well as the soldiers of the Mureş Special Action Service.
