The WTA No. 1 beat Sara Sorribes Tormo in singles 6-2, 6-1, then had a perfect mixed doubles match (with Hubert Gurkac): 6-0, 6-0 against Sorribes Tormo and Alejandro Davidovic Fokin.

After winning the mixed event, Svyatek joked: “I’m trying to teach Huby (Hurkach) that he doesn’t need a tiebreak in every set.”
