After 28 years of waiting, Romania will be present at the final tournament of the European Championship and Javi Pascual has called up 20 players.

At the European Men’s Handball Championship, Romania is in Group B with Austria, Spain and Croatia.

- The EC 2024 final tournament will be held from January 10 to 28 in six German cities, with the opening match between Germany and Switzerland taking place in Dusseldorf and the final in Cologne.
