Everton – Manchester City 1-3

Manchester City beat Everton on Wednesday in the 19th round of the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola’s side took the lead in the 29th minute after the hosts completed Harrison’s move.

That was the score at the break, but in the second half the champions of England managed to reverse the result.

First, Phil Foden restored parity in the 53rd minute, and 11 minutes later, Julián Alvarez put City ahead with an 11-yard strike.

In the end, the guests sealed the victory with a goal by Bernardo Silva (min. 86).

Also on Wednesday, Chelsea won their third game in a row at Stamford Bridge after beating Crystal Palace 2-1.

Mykhailo Mudryk opened the scoring against Mauricio Pochettino in the 13th minute, beating Henderson with a pass from Malo Gusto.

The visitors responded in extra time of the first half when Mikael Olize restored parity.

In the second half, the Londoners made even more dangerous attacks, and finally Nicholas Jackson put Chelsea ahead. Unfortunately for the hosts, his success was ruled out for offside.

Despite this, “Chelsea” continued to attack, and towards the end, center Salisbury dictated a shot from 11 meters in favor of Pochettino’s team.

It was Noni Madueke who converted (min 89) and Chelsea took all 3 points at stake.
