On December 20, prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirgu Mures Court of Appeal appealed to the court for the administrative arrest of the administrator, but the Tirgu Mures Court rejected the proposal and László Sylvester Sándor was placed under judicial supervision.

Prosecutors later appealed the court’s decision, but the Mures court rejected that appeal on Wednesday.

During the trial, László Sylvester Sándor has several prohibitions, including not to exceed the territorial limits of the counties of Mures and Harghita.

On December 18, the wall of the Tamasi Aron boarding school in Odorheiu-Sekuesk collapsed, trapping four students aged 15 to 17 under the rubble.

A 17-year-old boy died, three girls were hospitalized, one in serious condition. According to the first investigations, the wall was broken as a result of excavations conducted by company representatives around the boarding school building.

The work was performed by employees of the company, the sole shareholder and administrator of which is Laszlo Sylvester Sandor.

Laszlo Sylvester Sandor is under criminal proceedings for manslaughter and murder.

“The accused was involved in digging a trench right next to the wall of the boarding house, carrying out unauthorized work, which resulted in the death of one student and injuries to three others due to the collapse of the site. other students,” prosecutors say.

The Tamasi Aron High School building was built in 1910 and belonged to the Catholic Church, which leased it from the City Hall. In the yard of the school, work on connection to the city sewage network was carried out.
