A decorated tree always brings the charm of Christmas holidays, but firefighters pay attention to some “essential moments” to turn these moments into real joy:

  • “Carefully fix the Christmas tree away from stoves, radiators and other means of heating;
  • Avoid using defective or self-made electrical installations or decorations! Choose only those that are in good condition, or refuse them altogether;
  • It is forbidden to place lighted candles and other sources of fire near the Christmas tree to prevent fire;
  • Turn off the lights when you leave the house.”
