While some manufacturers have been successful over the years and seem relatively unaffected by the crisis, such as Peugeot or Renault, among others, this is not the case for all. And it is not for nothing that some are in somewhat more delicate situations and are trying to find a place in the market and in the hearts of customers, while losing a lot of money. This is for example, the case of Lancia, which should regain momentum, while Fiat has been recovering for some time with new models. But what about Alfa Romeo?

Better
So far, the company has also looked bleak, with very disappointing numbers. But now that seems like ancient history, as the manufacturer is starting to make a comeback, notably thanks to the creation of the Stellantis group. Indeed, Alfa Romeo would even returned to profitability in the past few months, thanks in particular to his Tonal which was a great success. And this is not the end, as the boss of the firm, Jean-Philippe Imparato, confirmed that “Alfa Romeo will receive many tens of millions of euros in profits in 2023.”
Ambitious projects
And it should continue to improve for the Italian brand, which accounts for 60% of sales Giulia and Stelvio. Indeed, Alfa Romeo is preparing for the launch of a small electric SUV, which will be presented in April next year and which should further help the manufacturer to increase its sales figures. In addition, the two flagship models should also get a new generation to modernize them a bit. Jean-Philippe Imparato also recalls the desire “to protect the image of the Alfa Romeo brand, avoiding big discounts and focusing on product quality.”
