Rapid Bucharest have reached 4 consecutive stages without a win in the Romanian Super League.

After being eliminated from the Romanian Cup, the team coached by Cristiano Bergodi suffered a defeat in Giulesti against FC Voluntari.

After the first half, in which only Nemets and Papo created small problems with two goals, the Ilfovenians opened the scoring.

Adam Nemets beat Horatio Moldovan (min. 69), recovering from Ricardinho’s cross.

A few minutes later, the same Ricardinho made the score 2:0.

Jason Papo reduced the gap with a stunning finish (82 mins) and he also came close to making it 2-2 with a similar finish, but Jesus Fernandez made a superb save.
