Victor Ganescu, 42, one of the biggest names in Romanian men’s tennis in recent decades, spoke on a podcast about Simona Halep’s suspension and her relationship with Patrick Muratoglu.
“It was quite surprising because when Patrick Muratoglu and Simona Halep started working together, everyone was very excited, they kept talking about this partnership. When Simona Halep was spotted, it seemed to me that Muratoglu suddenly left this partnership.
He said nothing, no statement, only to speak at the end of this long and difficult process. In the end, everyone disposes as they know. It was nicer next to Simona. I’m not saying it’s his fault, maybe he didn’t know,” Victor Henescu explained on the Business Philosophy podcast.
