The third match of the Super League’s return to the regular season started in a goalless but incident-free match with ten yellow cards and two reds.

In the 76th minute, Petrol remained the first in numerical advantage, Diomande saw a straight red after an attack from behind on Andrii Dumiter.

FC Voluntari failed to capitalize and the tie was restored in the 90th minute, with Matricardi receiving a second yellow card for protesting.

The point won helps both teams, Ploiesti secure their place in the playoffs, while the team from Ilfov stays away from relegation.
