Liviu Ciobotariu is no longer the coach of Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe

Chobotariu spent 26 matches on Sepsi’s bench and scored 9 wins, 8 draws and 9 losses (goal difference 33-28).

It made it all the way to the Conference League playoffs (they were dramatically beaten by Bodo/Glimt after extra time), but the team has already exited the Romanian Cup and is five points behind the Superliga playoffs.

“Sepsi OSK club management has reached an agreement on the peaceful termination of contractual relations with head coach Liviu Chobotariu. At the same time, our club, with the consent of both parties, terminated contractual relations with the second coaches Catalin Munteanu and Adrian Iordake.

Thus, we want to thank them for all the activities carried out under the colors of our club and wish them success in the future!”, This is stated in the press release of the club Sepsi OSK Sf.Georghe.

Sepsi is 10th in the Super League with 20 points scored in 17 stages.
