
The Ministry of Development announced on Tuesday that it has approved the technical and economic indicators for the construction of the multifunctional arena “Dinamo Bucharest” and for the construction of the stadium in Timisoara.
According to the Ministry of Development, Minister Adrian-Ioan Vestea and CS Dinamo Bucharest sports consultant Ionuc Lupescu participated on Tuesday in the meeting of the Technical and Economic Council of the Ministry of Development, during which the technical and economic indicators for the construction of multifunctional arenas at Şoseaua Ştefan cel Mare in Bucharest and stadium in the municipality of Timisoara.
“Dynamo” stadium will cost 854.5 million lei and have 25,059 seats
The Dynamo Stadium, with an approved cost of 854.5 million lei, will be used for football and rugby matches and will have 25,059 seats in the stands, two parking lots, living quarters for 80 people, exhibition space, an amphitheater for 200 people, a dining room for 160 people, for training, which will serve some sports disciplines that are part of CS Dinamo Bucharest’s field of activity, as well as a recovery center for athletes.

The stadium in Timisoara will cost less, but will have more seats
The stadium in Timisoara has an approved cost of 836.9 million lei, will have 30,000 seats in the stands and will be able to host other types of non-sporting events such as shows or concerts.
In the near future, the technical and economic indicators will be subject to approval at the meeting of the Interdepartmental Committee, after which the draft regulations will be included in the agenda of the next meeting of the government, the quoted source said.
