Representatives of the police inspectorate of the district of Constanta said that the police from Ovidio received an alert on Sunday at number 112 about a man whose car was stuck in the area of the village of Culmea, moving on foot, trying to reach a house.
“Police officers from the Ovidio Municipal Police, with the support of local police officers from the Ovidio Municipal Police, went in search of him. The man was found by the local police on DJ 228 and brought safely to the police headquarters in Ovidiu, where our colleagues called an ambulance to receive medical attention,” IPJ Constanța representatives said.
Police also said they are again urging residents of Constanta to stay at home and not move unless absolutely necessary, given that the orange snow code is in effect until 8 p.m.
