
The United States and Germany will work to force Ukraine to negotiate with Russia – through clearly targeted arms deliveries, Bild tabloid reports citing anonymous government sources, Kyiv Independent writes, News.ro reports.
US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz do not plan to put direct pressure on President Volodymyr Zelenskyi for negotiations, Bild tabloid also writes.
