
UEFA announced on Wednesday that referees Ovidiu Hatcegan and Horaciu Fesnich will officiate Sunday’s 2024 European Championship qualifiers with their respective teams.

Hatcegan will take charge of the match between Spain and Georgia, which will take place at the Jose Sorrilla Stadium in Valladolid on Sunday at 21:45 in Group A.
Mircea Mykhailo Grigoriou and Sebastian Gheorghe have been appointed assistant referees, and Radu Petrescu will be the fourth referee. The Bosnian Rusmir Mrkovic was appointed as a UEFA observer by the referees.
Fesnik will referee the match between Scotland and Norway from the same group, which will take place on Sunday at Hampden Park in Glasgow (21:45).
Assistant referees will be Valentin Avram and Alexandru Cherei, and the fourth referee will be Marian Alexandru Barba. Welshman Kevin Parry will be a UEFA referee observer, while German Rainer Koch has been appointed as a UEFA delegate, News.ro reports.
Spain leads the table with 15 points (6 games), followed by Scotland 15 points (6 games), Norway 10 points (7 games), Georgia 7 points (6 games), Cyprus 0 points (7 games). Spain and Scotland have already qualified for the final tournament.
