Florenzi, who was a colleague of Zaniolo in “Roma”, has not yet commented on the situation. He is accused of excessive betting on football matches and may be summoned for questioning by the prosecutor’s office in the coming days.
Florenzi, 32, has a contract with Milan until 2025. He was part of the Italian team that won the 2021 European Championship (made 49 appearances for the national team).
