According to MAE, they were briefed by the representatives of the Romanian mission in Ramallah about the procedure and their evacuation to Egypt was carried out on Tuesday in compliance with all established special procedures.

“To receive the evacuees, mobile consular teams from the rapid response team of the MAE crisis cell will provide the necessary support at the Rafah checkpoint for the rapid evacuation of Romanian citizens, respectively, specific consular assistance.
