In a message sent on Tuesday evening, Zelensky said that he had several meetings that day, including with special services, where sensitive topics related to the protection of people were discussed, without giving details.

He added that events are being prepared in November, when it is both the anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity and commemoration of the Holodomor.

The President of Ukraine emphasized that special attention is paid to relations with the European Union every day.

“Tomorrow is an important day. We are waiting for the historic conclusions of the EU – a report on Ukraine’s implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission. We are already preparing the next steps after this report. Legislative work, strengthening of state institutions. Ukraine has made significant progress in reconciliation with the European Union, and our country is fully aware that becoming a member of the European Union is a political decision of all countries that are already members of the community and want to see a new state in the European Union, but this also means the work of this state.” he said.

Zelenskyy explained that work is underway to bring EU standards and procedures closer to Ukraine and their adoption.

“Ukraine will be in the European Union. And we will achieve this, in particular, through the transformation of our country – internal transformation, which is certainly in the interests of our people. For Ukraine, the EU means economic security and social stability, and for the EU, Ukraine means strengthening the entire community. It is very important that deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine continue to support legislative initiatives necessary for our European integration,” he emphasized.

On the other hand, Zelensky noted that he was informed about the deployment of additional NASAMS air defense systems, as well as the strengthening of Ukraine’s sky shield.

He listed several combat units that had shown notable results.

“Ukraine will win and be free. And she will be equal among equals in our common European home,” he concluded.
