Jessica Pegula has qualified for the Grand Final of the Tournament of Champions after seeing off Coco Gauff, the 2023 US Open winner and third favorite in Cancun, with surprising ease.

With restrained aggression, Pegula took advantage of her opponent’s numerous mistakes (Koko committed 4 double faults and 22 unforced errors) and reached the grand final in Cancun without losing a single set.
