The United States of America turned Ukraine into a training ground for military biological experiments and prepared it for military action against Russia, the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Mykola Patrushev, said during a meeting in Tomsk.

He stated that it was not by chance that US President Joe Biden stated that military aid to Ukraine and Israel is “a wise investment that will benefit American security for generations,” TASS reports, citing Rador Radio Romania.

Mykola Patrushev drew attention to the fact that the United States of America provoked and continues to inflame the situation in the Middle East with its policy.

“In the same way, the Americans operate in Ukraine, where they provoked a coup d’état, allowed neo-Nazi ideology to be promoted, turned Ukraine into a training ground for military biological experiments, and turned a blind eye to murders. civilian population of Donbas and was preparing Ukraine for military operations against our country. Under these conditions, Russia came to the defense of the people of Donbas and prevented the implementation of aggressive plans,” said the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia.

As Patrushev noted, “representatives of NATO countries are already openly talking about the fact that Russia did not allow them to reach the Russian borders and that Ukrainians are for the West a tool to contain Russia.”

“In addition, the United States of America, using the Ukrainian crisis, managed to break economic relations between Europe and Russia and achieved the elimination of economic competitors.
