The Ministry of Economy, Enterprise and Tourism (MEAT) is promoting the tourist destination Romania from October 15 to November 15 on the BBC TV channel.
Representatives of the ministry together with Charlie Ottley, known for his documentaries about Romania, such as “Wild Carpathians” and “Tastes of Romania”, created a series of videos that represent the beauty and diversity of our country.
“In this way, 8 presentation videos were created: 4 1-minute videos that capture Romania in all its splendor, in every season, from the frozen landscapes of winter to the bright colors of spring, and 4 other videos, 30 seconds each, highlighting 4 forms of tourism characteristic of Romania: cultural, ecotourism, city recreation and nature, with the role of highlighting the diversity of our country’s tourist offers,” says MEAT.
The videos are broadcast on the BBC throughout the day. MEAT will receive 80 broadcasts, respectively 30 broadcasts of 1-minute videos and 50 broadcasts of 30-second videos.
In addition, the 8 materials, as well as a bonus video made by Charlie Ottley, will be used to promote Romania at the WTM London International Tourism Fair, which will take place on November 6-8, as well as during other exhibition participation and marketing activities.
