Chef Foa (Florin Skripke), famous for the results of the show “Masterchef”, was caught in traffic by the Bucharest traffic police when he was allegedly under the influence of two psychoactive substances, court sources say. In addition, 4 cigarettes were found with him, which could contain a plant substance with a pungent smell.

“On October 23, around 5:00 p.m., traffic police teams on duty in sector 1 stopped a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old man for control. According to the results of preliminary testing on the Drugtest device, signs of the possible presence of two psychoactive substances were detected, in connection with which the person was taken to the INML headquarters for the selection of biological samples,” the Road Brigade reported.

At the same time, during the physical control, 4 cigarettes with the probable content of a plant substance with a pungent smell were found.

“Criminal proceedings have been instituted in the case for the commission of the crime provided for in Art. 336 par. 2 of the Criminal Code contrary to the provisions of Law 143/2000 on the prevention and combating of illegal drug trafficking and consumption,” the quoted source said.

The man who was stopped by police is Foa’s chef, sources told the court. (News.ro)
