Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe, 5 defeats in a row in the championship

The University of Cluj continues its good form and achieved new success in the Romanian Super League.

The formation coached by Ioan Ovidiu Sabau won the dispute with Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe with a score of 1-0.

Transylvania came close to opening the scoring in the 34th minute, but Silagyi hit the crossbar.

The guest’s answer came 5 minutes later, when Safranco shot close.

In the second half, it was the turn of the Kovasov team to hit the crossbar. Stefanescu made a great shot at Debeliuch, but the striker recovered his header on the crossbar.

The difference happened in the 82nd minute, when Dan Nistor managed to realize a shot from 11 meters.

Thanks to this victory, the Red Caps moved up to 8th place and scored 15 points. Sepsi remained in 11th place with 12 points.
