Farul Konstanza, the group coached by Gike Hagi (58), announced the move this week.

Defender Mihai Popescu (30) has signed a contract with Farul until the summer of 2027 after playing for the King last year.

“I signed the extension, it was not difficult to make this decision. I’m fine here, I’m glad I was able to save the sequel.

Considering it was my homecoming, I had high ambitions, I wanted to prove that I could still perform at a high level.

The title won is the most important trophy in my career. It was also the best season. I’m glad I did it in Constanta. I hope we will repeat last year’s result.
