The World Cup, which will be held in three countries for the first time, will be held in a revolutionary version, with Canada, Mexico and the United States sharing hosting duties.
A total of 16 stadiums were selected for the event, the most since 2002 in Korea and Japan.
FIFA unveiled them on Wednesday on its official website, noting that certain aspects, such as the name or number, could be changed before the final tournament.
Canada’s games will be played at Toronto Stadium and BC Place Vancouver, while Mexico has prepared with Estadio Azteca Mexico City, Estadio Guadalajara and Estadio Monterrey.
But the United States offers the most stadiums in Atalanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Seattle.
Also, for the first time since the last tournament in Qatar, the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals will start with 48 teams instead of 32.
