The Environment Fund Administration (AFM) announced on Tuesday that the photovoltaic greenhouse program has been suspended as a result of a decision by the Court of Appeal in Oradea in a case opened by one of the companies, which was not confirmed as an installer. The institution claims that all procedures have been followed and will make every effort to restore the program.

• “With this decision, it was decided to suspend the implementation of the Decision on the review of the appeal against the rejection of the verification file of the claimant DHELECTRIC SYSTEMS SRL as an installer, published on the AFM website on August 28, 2023, and to suspend the entire procedure for the publication of the list of confirmed installers, from their selection as beneficiaries and the conclusion of contracts on participation and financing until the final resolution of the case that is the subject of the file 3168/111/2023”, the AFM sent, on Tuesday, in a press release quoted by News .ro.

The institution announces that it will appeal to the Court of Appeal of Oradea to unblock and restore the Casa Verde Photovoltaic 2023 program as soon as possible.
