Two small sarcophagi containing the fossils of anthropomorphic creatures were presented to MPs on Tuesday by Jaime Maussan, a journalist and self-proclaimed expert in ufology, the study of unidentified flying objects and aerospace phenomena.

“These are non-humans who are not part of our earthly evolution,” he said during a session organized by MP Sergio Gutierrez in the name of “public interest”.

The mummies discovered in Peru are “about 1,000 years old,” he said, citing carbon-14 analysis by the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

The UNAM Institute of Physics confirmed in a press release that it had indeed conducted the analyses, but only to determine the age, not the origin, of the samples. His laboratory “distances itself from any other use, interpretation or distortion of its published results,” the statement also said.

France’s Huffington Post said the mummies “are a creature that was already condemned years ago,” recalling the controversy surrounding the 2017 documentary “Excavations of Nazca.”

One of the mummies “was examined by an anthropologist. His conclusions are unequivocal: the mummy in question is a collection of various mummified human remains,” adds the Huffington Post.

“The reception of Jaime Maussan in the Chamber of Deputies shows this country’s contempt for science,” raged a Mexican internet user.

Others mocked the hearing, calling for Mossan to become “President of Intergalactic Relations.”

On July 26, former intelligence officer David Grush told a committee of the US Congress that the authorities are hiding evidence of the existence of extraterrestrials.

Hrush stated that he is “absolutely” convinced that the United States is in possession of a UFO, which US authorities and other operators have labeled an “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon” (“UAP”).

NASA has recently called for increased efforts to scientifically study these UAPs, as has the Pentagon, which is concerned about possible… Chinese espionage.
