
The City Hall of the capital has completed tenders for the reconstruction of about 12 km of the tram line, the investment cost is more than 500 million lei, Mayor Nikushor Dan announced on his Facebook page. It is about tram lines 23, 27, 36, 40, 16, 44, 45, 14. Implementation and design takes from 9 to 18 months.
12 km were divided into 6 sections as follows:
- Lot 6 “Reconstruction of the road system on Dimitrie Pompei Boulevard, Petricani Road, Lacul Tei Boulevard, Strada Maica Domnului, Strada Reînvierii and Strada Turmelor”, route length 5300 km, two-track current line; Tender winner: Association TANCRAD (Leader) – CONSTRUCTII ERBASU (associate) Offered value: 217,303,683.01 lei (without VAT); The duration of implementation is 18 months, of which a maximum of 6 months for design and a maximum of 12 months for implementation and technical assistance from the date of the administrative start order.
- Lot 7 “Reconstruction of the road system on B-dul Gheorghe Duca, st. Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Calea Griviței and B-dul Dinicu Golescu”, the length of the route is 1810 km with a double carriageway; Tender winner: Association ERBASU CONSTRUCTION (Leader) – TANCRAD (associate); Offered price: 98,846,958.84 lei (without VAT); The duration of implementation is 18 months, of which a maximum of 6 months for design and a maximum of 12 months for implementation and technical assistance from the date of the administrative start order.
- Lot 8 “Reconstruction of the road system on Maraseshti Boulevard between Dimitrie Cantemira Boulevard and Strada 11 Iunie”, route length 0.700 km of two-track current line – Estimated cost: 26,549,075.13 lei (without VAT); Winning bidder: Mari-Vila COM SRL; Offered price: 22,567,056.51 lei (without VAT); The duration of implementation is 9 months (of which a maximum of 3 months for design and a maximum of 6 months for implementation and technical assistance) from the date of issuance of the administrative start order.
- Lot 9 “Reconstruction of the road system on Chisinau Boulevard”, route length 0.825 km of two-track current line – Approximate cost: 29,887,989.58 lei (without VAT); Winning bidder: Mari-Vila COM SRL; Offered price: 24,854,330.29 lei (without VAT); The duration of the implementation is 18 months, of which (of which a maximum of 6 months for design and a maximum of 12 months for implementation and technical assistance) from the date of issuance of the administrative start order.
- Lot 10 “Reconstruction of the road system on Bessarabsky Boulevard from the intersection with B-dul 1 Decembrie 1918 to the Republica main terminal”, route length 1,200 km of two-track current line – Estimated cost: 48,106,467.12 lei (without VAT); Winning bidder: Mari-Vila COM SRL. Offered price: 39,771,291.11 lei (without VAT). The duration of the implementation is 18 months, of which (of which a maximum of 6 months for design and a maximum of 12 months for implementation and technical assistance) from the date of issuance of the administrative start order.
- Lot 12 “Reconstruction of the Gara de Est ring road system on Obor station boulevard, Ferdinand I boulevard (between Obor station and Pantelimon road), Pantelimon road, Baikului street”, route length 1885 km of two-track current line; Tender winner: Association ERBASU CONSTRUCTION (Leader) – TANCRAD (associate); Offered price: 111,086,391.40 lei (without VAT); The duration of implementation is 18 months, of which a maximum of 6 months for design and a maximum of 12 months for implementation and technical assistance from the date of the administrative start order.
In addition to 6 lots, the capital city hall is also evaluating proposals for the reconstruction of another 17 km of tram tracks.
“5 lots are now in the proposal evaluation phase. We are in the process of re-bidding the other 4 lots for which no bids were submitted. In total, we will restore 50 km of the tram line,” Nikushor Dan wrote on his Facebook page.
