Ana Sabescu began his consulting career in 2011 when he joined Deloitte. Ana specializes in VAT and customs duties, she has coordinated projects related to the implementation or restructuring of business models, fiscal audits and due diligence, optimization of taxation and litigation and representation of clients’ interests in tax and customs authorities. He also provided tax assistance in important transactions, in obtaining VAT refunds for significant investments, as well as in the implementation and registration of import-export transactions with goods subject to a special customs regime. Ana is involved in the coordination of SAF-T Deloitte Romania reporting solutions and their implementation for clients. She is a certified tax consultant, a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and holds a diploma in international taxation (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation), professional certification and accreditation offered worldwide by the company Diploma Institute of Taxation From Great Britain.

Daniel Gregory Joined the Deloitte Romania team in 2013 as a graduate and since then has been involved in complex tax projects for companies in various industries, especially in financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Daniel coordinated restructuring projects that required close collaboration with other Deloitte departments both in Romania and in other jurisdictions. He has also assisted clients with tax audits and appeals processes. He is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants.

Loredana Ilea has been part of the Deloitte Romania team since 2012, when he graduated. She specializes in VAT and has participated in numerous tax advisory and dispute resolution projects for local and international companies operating in various industries, focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors as well as consumer goods. In recent years, Loredana has played a key role in the development and implementation of Deloitte’s SAF-T reporting solution. She is an authorized tax consultant, a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and holds a diploma in international taxation (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation), issued Diploma Institute of Taxation from London

Simon Merjani has 13 years of work experience in the field of taxation, specializes in transfer pricing. He joined Deloitte in 2016 and has since worked with multinational companies operating in sectors such as energy and resources, industrial products, retail, as well as pharmaceuticals and healthcare. His extensive experience covers a wide range of transfer pricing project types, including business restructuring projects and tax audits. She played a key role in the implementation in Romania of global digital solutions that Deloitte uses in transfer pricing projects. Simona is an authorized tax consultant, forensic tax expert and member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants.
