Fisker has been telling us about se Pear for months. This is a small electric SUV, the base price of which should start at $30,000. And if we were finally able to reveal its design this summer, we finally know a little more about it. The American manufacturer has just published more detailed information about its technical passport, including the autonomy of different versions.
Practical and interesting SUV
Smaller than the current Fisker Ocean, THE GRUSHA SUV had a length of about 4.55 m. However, that shouldn’t stop him from being just as practical as his big brother. Specifically, it has a Houdini trunk, the trunk of which is hidden in the rear bumper. It will also have a second small boot volume under the hood that opens like a drawer. More pleasure than practicality: Lounge mode allows you to fully fold all seats, including the passenger and driver seats. The goal is to create a perfectly flat floor so that all the occupants of the car can relax or take advantage of the 17.1 inch rotating screen to watch a movie! The passenger seat and center console can be replaced with a two-seater multi-seater as an option. As a result, Hrush can carry up to 6 passengers.
Range of 320 or 560 km
As with most electric cars, multiple versions of Pear will be offered. Their range will range from 320 to 560 km. There will also be a rear-wheel drive option and a second all-wheel drive option. Fisker announces 0-100km/h in 6.8s, but we don’t know for which version… Finally, a high-performance variant called Extreme will also be present in the catalog.
From $29,900
This Pear small SUV will be based on a new lightweight steel architecture and will use 35% fewer components than its competitors. That should lower production costs, at least according to Fisker. The brand also reconfirms that the price of the Pear will start at $29,900. Price without any state aid. At the current exchange rate, this is just over €27,500. In fact, we’re guessing the base version will be just over €30,000 here. For the more curious, know that Fisker will be present, in particular with its Pear, at the Munich Motor Show. Production and first deliveries of the new model are scheduled for July 2025.
