
Minister of Labor Simona Bucura-Oprescu states that in the next period an assessment of the Retirement Homes’ resource needs, including human resources, will be carried out, as she wants to improve the institution’s operations, News.ro reports.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, the Pension House is one of the most important and accessible institutions in Romania.
“Territorial pension houses serve about 10,000,000 beneficiaries. In the next period, we will assess the need for resources, including human resources, because I want to improve the activities of the Pension House, as well as other institutions of the Ministry of Labor. This is all the more important because pensions are an important point in PNRR and we are working on the reform of the pension system to be able to attract the European funds that Romania deserves”, said Minister Simona Bucura-Oprescu during the meeting he had with the directors territorial pension houses and with the national management of the Pension House.
