In recent days, Zelensky visited Sweden, Holland, Denmark, and then Greece, where he took part in the Ukraine-Balkans summit. He stated that he held discussions on the sidelines of the summit with the leaders of Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova and with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

“We are coming home with new political support and new agreements. Everyone clearly confirms the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy assured his compatriots in a video message sent every evening.

“There will be planes for Ukraine. We will have additional armored vehicles. Let’s strengthen air defense. (…) A very important agreement with Greece, for which I am especially grateful to the Prime Minister, is Greece’s willingness to sponsor the restoration of our Odesa. The decision is not only essential, but also very symbolic. It is filled with many historical and cultural meanings,” Zelenskyy said.

He clarified that during the conversation with the interlocutors, another important topic was discussed – the issue of the export of Ukrainian grain. “At almost all meetings, we talked about the protection of export routes through the Black Sea and corridors of solidarity on land,” Zelenskyy said, noting that it was not only about the economy, but also about the country’s integration into the European Union and NATO.

The Ukrainian leader also announced that Luxembourg joined the G7 declaration on security guarantees proposed to Ukraine on Tuesday. “Each week adds new security features for us. I am grateful to our entire team that is working on this,” Zelensky said

“The overall result of these days is that Ukraine has become stronger,” he concluded. (News.ro)
