A specialist in the fight against drugs said that in the case of 19-year-old Vlad Pasku, who killed two young people, it was a “drug cascade”.

  • “In this equation, there were at least 5 types of drugs in the young man’s body: cocaine, amphetamine and methamphetamine. He was stopped earlier and found a piece of marijuana and 4 pills of a drug that is likely to be illegal because there was no mention of a prescription, also in the category of high risk drugs. We are talking about no less than five types of drugs,” said Ţone on Prima Tv, News.ro reports.

He said that in his 20-year career he had never met such a combination:

  • “For all my 20 years of experience, I have not met anyone, but I have seen thousands, tens of thousands of users of this combination, because these are three stimulants of the central nervous system. (..)
  • This young man had three stimulants, meaning visual distortions, rapid heart rate, disfigurement and inability to distinguish between the controls of a car. Basically, his brain was damaged.”

In the accident caused by Vlad Pascu on Saturday, a 20-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man, students of the Faculty of Geography at the University of Bucharest, died on the spot, along with three others in their 19s and 20s. – children were injured. A 19-year-old boy was driving a Mercedes cabriolet and ran into a group of eight young people.
