Alex De Minaur advanced to the finals of the ATP 1000 tournament in Toronto with a convincing 6-1, 6-3 win over Spain’s Alejandro Davidovich Fokin (37 ATP).

Australian Alex De Minaur easily qualified for the Toronto ATP Finals after knocking out the tournament’s second favorite Danylo Mededev in the quarters.

De Minaur (18 ATP) categorically dominated both sets and did not give many chances to Davydovich Fokinia, who was satisfied with only four games.

The game lasted one hour and 18 minutes.

American Tommy Paul (14 ATP) and Italian Yannick Sinner (8 ATP) will meet in the second semi-final.

The National Bank Open is an ATP 1000 tournament that will be held from August 7 to 13. Its total prize pool is $6,600,000 and the current champion is Pablo Carreno Busta.
