CEC Bank has taken all measures so that on days declared non-banking, customers have access to availability and banking services at any time through the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. Banca Comercială Română announces that on August 15, a day declared a public holiday, it is permanently available online, by phone and through multifunctional equipment installed in its extensive territorial network. Therefore, BCR units and corporate business centers will not operate, except those located in malls and malls. They will operate according to the opening hours of the shopping centers, most of them will be open from 12:00 to 20:00.

On August 14, the mode of working with the population is normal, and in terms of online registration in branches, the work schedule of all units on all BCR platforms has been updated.

August 15 is a day off at Raiffeisen Bank branches, with the exception of branches in shopping centers, which have a special schedule.

August 15, 2023 (Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary) is a non-working day at Raiffeisen Bank branches, including the Customer Service Department (Call Center), except for branches in hypermarkets, Selgros Timișoara and shopping centers.

The Customer Service Department (Call Center) will ensure continuity of customer service for Carduri, Smart Mobile, Raiffeisen Online, Premium Customers and FWR.
