Casper Ruud stopped in the 1/8 finals of the ATP tournament in Toronto.
The player, who occupies the 5th place in the ATP hierarchy, was defeated by the Iberian Alejandro Davidovych Fokin (37 ATP), after a duel that lasted a little more than 3 hours of play.
Ruud lost the first set on a tie-break, and although he came back well in the second act, he lost in the decider, also on a tie-break.
