Before the start of the season, FCSB passed on: Siyabonga Ngezana (centre back, Kaizer Chiefs), Damian Djokovic (midfielder, Al Raed) and Alexandru Beluce (midfielder, Puskas Academy), while Mihai Lixandru (midfielder, Mioveni) and Valentin Gheorghe (forward, Umraniyespor) have returned from loan.

The following were transferred from the FCSB: defenders Radu Bobok, Florin Achim, Julian Cristea, Yoonas Tamm Sorin Şerban, midfielders Dejan Sorescu, Rezvan Oaide, Boban Nikolov, Ovidiu Perianu, Alexandru Mushi and forwards Billel Omrani and Yanis Stojka.

Dynamo transferred five football players before the start of the Super League season: Gonzalo Gregorio (Leiría, second league in Portugal), Josue Omavu (FC Red Star, third league in France), Dennis Politic (Port Vale, third league in England), Adnan Golubić (Koper, first league in Slovenia) and Christian Kostin (FC Voluntari), while Ricardo Grigore (Petrolul) and Gianni Krets (FC Arges) will return lived after the lease.
