A spectator took a massive fall while trying to take a selfie at the 2023 Tour de France

Sunday’s race was tight and quite lively, with Wout Poels (Bahrain Victorious) able to claim first place.

Despite this, there was no shortage of strange events.

With 125 kilometers to go, a spectator tried to take a selfie and Jumbo-Visma rider Sepp Kuss crashed his motorcycle into a fan holding a phone in the path of the cyclists.

Kuss crashed into his colleague Nathan van Hooydonk, who fell, causing those behind to also fall.

About 20 cyclists were injured, reports news.ro. All the cyclists who participated were able to continue the race, the BBC reports.
