There are many waysmake ends meet a little, especially in summer. For example, you can become a waiter, seller or delivery person. In truth, many professions are recruiting, you don’t necessarily have to have a lot of experience in the field. But what if you’re a car and tech enthusiast? Because, as a rule, to work in this field, you still need a certain expertise. Especially if you dream of working at Tesla. With one exception. The manufacturer is really looking for the help of workers without experience.

An unusual offer

Tesla publishes several on its website job offers for seasonal drivers. What does it consist of? In fact, everything is very simple. The job is simply to drive the brand’s cars for a specified period and route over a period of several months. No experience is necessary, but candidates should still have a driver’s license and know how to use Microsoft software such as Excel. In addition to driving, they will also have to compile reports and start and stop data logging systems. Some bugs will also need to be fixed.

What is the reason?

But what is this job really for? Well, Tesla wants to improve its autonomous driving system, and to do that, it needs to collect data. That is why the company needs to run its cars as often and as long as possible. There are currently 18 jobs available, but so far only in the US. The term of the contract is three months, starting as soon as possible. And all this for a salary from 18 to 48 dollars per hour, or from 16.57 to 44.19 euros.
