The Prosecutor’s Office at the Brasov Juvenile and Family Court stated in a press release the cause of death: rupture of cerebral vessels as a result of violent actions that were applied to him.

According to the investigation, the 1-year-old and 7-month-old child were under the care of the husband, the mother’s concubine, from June to July, when they lived together in Brasov.

“During June – July 2023, the accused inflicted repeated blows of high intensity on the minor victim with a hard, elongated body, as a result of which the minor suffered multiple hematomas and ecchymoses of varying severity, located on the chest, back of the body, upper limbs, at the level of the base of the nose and on upper lip On the morning of July 3, the minor victim died as a result of rupture of cerebral vessels, which was the result of violent actions committed against her by the defendant,” the source said.

According to the investigation, the child’s mother called 112 on the night from Sunday to Monday because he could no longer breathe.
