After two similar sets, in which Alcaraz totally dominated, although the opponent managed to win five games, the Iberian advanced to the next round.

In the quarterfinals, the Spaniard will meet the winner of the Bulgarian Hryhor Dimitrov (26 ATP) and the Argentine Francisco Cerundolo (19 ATP).
