
The leaders of the CFR Cluj group announced the name of the new coach of the former champion of Romania, the Italian Andrea Mandorlini, who is returning to Gruja.

In his first term at CFR (2009-2010), Mandolini (age 62) won the title, the Romanian Cup and the Romanian Super Cup.
He was removed before the start of the Champions League groups and replaced by Romanian coach Sorin Circu.
Mandorlini was distinguished by 35 matches as a coach of ChFR: 17 wins, 10 draws and 8 losses.
The goal of the formation from Transylvania for the new season is the Romanian title and possibly qualification in the groups of the Conference League.
Mandorlini trained only in Italy. He coached the teams of Mantzanese, Triestina, La Spezia, Vicenza, Atalanta, Bologna, Padua, Siena, Sassuolo, Verona, Genoa, Cremonese and Mantua.
