“It is generally accepted that Ilias Kasidiaris did not cease to be the real leader of the “Greek National Party”, which is a continuation of the GOLDEN DAWN, he never condemned or removed, even in the slightest degree, the previous one – as a leading member of the GOLDEN DAWN AUGIS – inciting hatred, his violent and racist actions, in the context of the criminal mechanism of the above party, copying the institutional mechanisms of the Greek state, the intended policy of overthrowing the democratic institutions of the rule of law and disapproving of the rights and freedoms recognized by democracy.
