Alexis McAllister will undergo a medical to sign for Liverpool

Liverpool have lost a number of players in midfield and Jurgen Klopp has called in reinforcements for his side to take on the Premier League giants.

On Tuesday, the team, which is in 5th place in the Premier League, made a sensational move. Alexis McAllister has been signed from Brighton and the Cormorants will spend less than £45m, reports Fabrizio Romano.

In addition, the 24-year-old midfielder will sign a contract until the summer of 2028.

Mc Allister won the World Cup with Argentina in 2022 and scored 10 goals for Brighton this season in the Premier League.

He started in professional football in “Argentinos Juniors”, and since January 2019 he has been playing in England.
