Ukraine since the morning of the 4th of June launched a massive offensive at five locations in the direction of Yuzhnodonetsk, the RF Ministry of Defense reported on the night of June 5. According to the Russian military department, the Armed Forces of Ukraine brought into battle the 23rd and 31st mechanized brigades from strategic reserves, supported by other military units and subunits. Six mechanized and two tank battalions were involved in the offensive.
