In connection with the categorical victory in the first match with a score of 6:1, “Dynamo” almost certainly arrived at “Mioven” for promotion.
But FC “Arjesh” showed from the very beginning of the game that they do not give up, and in only 60 seconds, the people from Pitesti scored a double.
Kostinel Tofan opened the score in the 14th minute, Antonio Iakolis increased it in the 15th minute, but the Frenchman Lamine Ghezali reduced the difference in the 40th minute and set the score at halftime.
The second half also got off to a flying start, with Arnold Garita restoring the two-goal lead in the 47th and reigniting Argesan hopes four minutes later.
Enthusiasm did not last long, because in the 55th minute, Andreas Kalkan, after a stormy start, left his team with a slight advantage.
With an extra man, the “dogs” scored again in the 60th minute thanks to Alexander Pop.
Referee Sebastian Colcescu also showed a red card in the 79th minute to FC Argesh goalkeeper Catalin Straton. After VAR intervened, the central overturned the decision.
After only one season in the second league, “Dynamo” returns to the Super League for matches with FCSB and “Rapid”, following the results of a double in which 13 goals were scored.
Argesh instead return to the second division after being relegated from fellow county side Mioveni this summer.
