Romania’s U21 national team will participate in the U21 European Championship in June, and coach Emil Sandoi has sent an invitation to 27 players for the tournament, which our country is co-hosting with Georgia.

The tricolors are in Group B along with Spain, Ukraine and Croatia.

Romania’s preliminary match for the 2023 European Championship

The group that will travel to Italy will undergo changes depending on the calls of the first team, and the final group for EURO 2023, where new names may appear, will be announced on June 14.

The matches of groups B (Bucharest) and D (Cluj-Napoca) will be hosted by Romania, while groups A and C will be played in Georgia. U21 tricolors will play all group stage matches at Steaua Stadium.
