FC Craiova 1948 defeated FC Voluntari in the first qualifying match of the UEFA Conference League preliminary tournament. The Oltenz led 3-0 but were incredibly drawn and needed 11-meter shots to advance to the second stage, where they will face a playoff team.

The team under the patronage of Adrian Mititelu took an important first step in the preliminary tournament of the UEFA Conference League.

The team prepared by Niccolò Napoli defeated FC Voluntari in Ban, but experienced a lot of emotions, even though they were leading with a score of 3:0.

Aurelian Kitsu opened the scoring for the home team in the 36th minute of the game, and by halftime the Olten team led 1:0.

The dramatic blow came in the 7th minute of overtime when Dumiter scored to send the match into overtime.
