Alvaro Odiozola, Jesus Vallejo, Mariano Diaz and Eden Hazard on Real Madrid’s blacklist

Real Madrid won the Copa del Rey this season and Carlo Ancelotti has called in some serious reinforcements to make sure the team can challenge for all targets next season.

While he does not make player transfers, the Italian coach of Madrid has compiled a list of footballers that he no longer wants to work at the club from next season.

Sport.es journalists write that “Don” Carlo wants to get rid of Alvaro Odiosol, Jesus Vallejo, Mariano Diaz and Eden Hazard this summer.

Mariano Diaz will leave on a free contract at the end of this season, despite awaiting a contract extension offer due this summer.

Vallejo and Odiozola are yet to confirm at Real Madrid, and Eden Hazard has a strong chance of returning to the Premier League.

Hazard was brought in the summer of 2019 from Chelsea for 115 million euros.

During 4 years at Santiago Bernabeu, Eden Hazard played only 76 matches for the Spaniards, scoring 7 goals and providing 12 assists.

Since arriving in La Liga, his market share has plummeted and the Belgian is now worth just €5 million, according to Transfermarkt.

Immediately after the World Cup in Qatar, Hazard also withdrew from the Belgian national team.
